A deeply restorative, hands-on treatment working with the pathways of the vagus nerve and nervous system.

Using her signature Vagus Nerve Method™, Tracy gently works through the vagus nerve pathways, with particular attention to the abdomen, diaphragm and cranial system. Treatment may include abdominal work, listening to the aortic pulse and subtle rhythms of the nervous system, craniosacral work, vagal release techniques, breath and restorative touch.

Rather than analysing or trying to change your nervous system state, Tracy listens to what the body is communicating through its rhythm, movement, tension and response to touch — allowing the treatment to unfold in relationship with your system.

This is a hands-on treatment rather than a coaching session, offering space for the body to soften, settle and restore.
